Inhalte/Content |
The biological context of the work us cell fate specification and migration using zebrafish germ cells as an accessible in vivo model. The module includes molecular cloning zebrafish of genes and determining their expression pattern within the embryo during early zebrafish development using histological techniques. The work is conducted using wild-type embryos as well as embryos in which the activity of specific genes is knocked out. |
