| Ziele/Aims | Studierende werden die Gewinnung von Phagozyten aus Blut und ggf. Haut erlernt haben, die Zellkultur humaner Phagozyten beherrschen und Multiparameter Durchflusszytometrie sowie Immunfluoreszenz-Analysen durchführen können. Studierende bekommen ein "eigenes" kleines Forschungsprojekt innerhalb der 4 Wochen. Students will have learned how to obtain phagocytes from blood and, opt. skin, perform cell culture of human phagocytes and be able to perform multi-parameter flow cytometry and immunofluorescence analyses. Students have their "own" small research project within the 4 weeks. |
