Erlernen von Methoden zur Analyse physiologischer Prozesse (mikrobiologische, biochemische, genetische Methoden). Vertiefung der Kenntnisse zum Stoffwechsel von Mikroorganismen und seiner Regulation. |

Vergleichende Proteomanalyse, Untersuchung des Wachstums von Mikroorganismen, Charakterisierung der Genotoxizität von Zellgiften, Nachweis und quantitative Bestimmung von Metaboliten, Isolierung von Stoffwechselmutanten |
