Ziele/Aims Students learn
isolation of skin fibroblasts from tissue and cultivation of those cells.
They learn spectral and polychromatic flow cytometric analysis of fibroblasts treated with cell death inhibitors and inducers.
Inhalte/Content How do cell death pathways affect iron meatbolism and collagen synthesis in fibroblasts.
Methoden/Methods spectral flow, polychromatic flow, live cell imaging, cell culture
