| Ziele/Aims | Ziel ist die Erarbeitung und molekulare Charakterisierung genregulatorischer Prozesse der Transkriptions- und Chromatinkontrolle in Tumor- und/oder Stammzell-Modellsystemen. |
| Inhalte/Content | Der laborpraktische Teil des Moduls umfasst Funktionsanalysen von Regulatoren (z.B. Kinasen) und Mediatoren (z.B. RNA Polymerase-Kofaktoren) bei der mRNA Synthese. Im theoretischen Teil wird das Grundverständnis der zugrundeliegenden Prozesse erarbeitet und geschult. |
| Methoden/Methods | Im Mittelpunkt stehen molekularbiologische Techniken zur Untersuchung von Transkriptionskomplexen in vitro bzw. in Zellen.(Proteininteraktion, humane Assays, Chromatin IP, Standardtechniken zur Proteincharakterisierung, qPCR etc.). |
